1. Tour Cancellation: Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour at any time due to lack of participation, severe weather, natural disaster, world unrest or any other reason whatsoever. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. will immediately notify you, the guest, and will offer the possibility of rescheduling to another tour on another date or will refund your tour cost in full, which will constitute a full settlement. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. is not liable for any additional cost or losses incurred by the tour guest due to Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. cancellation of tour. This would include, but not be limited to, prepaid airline tickets, prepaid hotel / motel reservations or any other preplanned trip associated cost.
2. Acceptance or denial of guests: Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny any guest from participating in a Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. tour. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. does not and will not discriminate against any race, religion or sex. However, Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. owners, operators or tour guides may for any reason deny a guest continuance of the tour if they feel that the guest is a danger or a disruption to himself, herself or the tour group. Any guests denied continuance of a tour is responsible for his or hers own accommodations, meals, airport shuttle services or any other cost incurred as a result of their denial. No refunds will be issued to those guests who are denied continuance from Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. once the tour has begun.
3. Motorcycle rental: Vision Motorcycle Tours Inc. will provide the Motorcycle of your choice for the duration of the tour. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. is not responisble for the deposit of the rented Motorcycle or its insurance. All maintenance and mechanical aspects of the rented motorcycle is the responsibility of the guest and their rental contract with the local rental shop. All rental shops will require that the driver is 25 years of age or older, that they have a valid motorcycle operators license, that they have a minimum of 1 year riding experience with heavyweight motorcycles and a major credit card is required for rental and deposit.
4. Guest's physical condition and skill level: All guests entering into a tour contract with Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. are representing that they are in adequate physical condition and are capable of participating in the Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. tour without risk to themselves or others. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. guests are responsible for riding at their own level of experience at all times during the tour. Vision Motorcycle Tour, Inc.'s guests at no time should exceed their riding experience level or any of the local traffic laws. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.'s guests are prohibited from driving a motorcycle during a tour while intoxicated or while taking illegal drugs, or any prescription drugs that may impair your judgement or reflexes. By entering into a tour contract with Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. the guest agrees that he or she is fully responsible for his or her own actions while driving or riding on a motorcycle and at all times during the duration of the tour.
5. Insurance: Along with the suggested travel/trip insurance Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. further suggests that you have adequate health and accident insurance.
6. Helmets: Helmets are included with the motorcycle rental. Guests are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. Helmet laws vary from state to state, however Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. recommends that helmets be worn during the entirety of the tour. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. also acknowledges that it is the sole right of the guest to choose whether or not he or she wears a helmet where local law permits that no helmet is required.
7. Weather: Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. schedules tours at times when weather is reasonably expected to be suitable for motorcycle touring. However, Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. cannot be responsible for unexpected, unfavorable or severe weather and we can accept no responsibility for delays or modifications made to tour itinerary due to weather conditions. We will however ride rain or shine only if it is deemed safe to do so.
8. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. responsibilities: All Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.'s tours are planned and updated to maximize the enjoyment of our guests. We reserve the right to modify any tour as needed to accommodate operating needs or circumstances beyond our control, without notice to our guests. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation services, hotel/motel, ride routes and daily itineraries. In the event of any modifications made, Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. will seek to insure that the modifications to the tour will be equal to or greater than the original planned tour. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. will transport your excess luggage in our support vehicle (for groups of 6 riders or more), however Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. accepts no claims or responsibility for costs or damage related to lost or damaged luggage. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. will provide reasonable care and security for your property. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. is acting as your agent to obtain accommodations, provide tour guides and obtain your rental reservation for this tour, you understand that Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. has no affiliation with any motorcycle rental shop and Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. assumes no responsibility for services (or lack thereof) provided by the motorcycle rental shop. The guest will hold Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. harmless against any and all claims, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising from the rental of a motorcycle.
9. Complaints and or suggestions: Please bring any complaints or suggestions to Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.'s management and or tour guides immediate attention. Do not wait until the tour is over, we at Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. take all customer complaints and or suggestions very seriously and will resolve the issues at hand immediately.
10. Photos: Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. will be taking photos during the tour. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you give Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. the right to use your photos on our website. All efforts will be made to ensure your privacy.
11. Regardless of modification, invalidation, or any changes to one clause these Terms and Conditions, all unaffected portions of these Terms and Conditions remain valid as a whole.
12. Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.'s Guest Book & Testimonial page: Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. reserves the right to edit or delete guest testimonials.
13. This document, except where voluntarily supplemented by the "Waiver Agreement," supercedes any and all verbal and or other written agreements made between Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. and the guests.
14. This document is created as a contract between Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. and the individual or party who signs and or acknowledges this document. All disputes between Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. and the individual signing and or acknowledging this document will be settled in the courts of the state of Nevada in the United States.

Your payment in full, and your signature and or acknowledgement on this form constitutes your acceptance and understanding of the Terms, Conditions and information herein. You further understand and accept that the Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.'s tour and its activities involve risk of personal injury, damage to or loss of property or death. In consideration of the benefits to be derived from your participation in this tour you hereby accept all risks of personal injury, property damage or death arising from your participation in this tour, and you hereby agree that you, your dependents, heirs, executors and assigns do release and hold harmless Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc. and its directors, employees and representatives from any and all claims, including claims of illness, bodily injury, property damage or death, however caused, arising from or related to any tour provided by Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.

Further, by signing and or acknowledging this form you certify that you do not have any physical, mental or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or any other tour participant. You also certify that you are at least 25 years of age and are in the possession of a current valid motorcycle operators license, and you understand that the choice of wearing a safety helmet and other protective gear is solely your own. You have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and this Waiver Agreement, and you will abide by everything as stated herein or elsewhere published by Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.

I, being of sound mind, have read and understand the Vision Motorcycle Tours, Inc.'s Terms and Conditions and Waiver Agreement and accept all of the Terms and Conditions therein.
